Christmas!

Cute Christmas Jammies!

This should have been our Christmas card, but it just didn't happen this year. :)
Homemade chalk board - cool huh?
My little chef!
The Christmas Box from Grandma is here!!!

All dressed up for the PwC Christmas party.
I'm not sure what happened here.
We went to Idaho for Christmas and had a blast!
Caden got to hold baby Paige. Although I think he just really wants to poke her. Sorry Paige...
We have a tradition of opening one present on Christmas Eve, and it's always pj's.
Very cute...
Christmas Morning!

This is his camera face.
This is his other camera face. :)
Cuddling with Uncle BJ.
Good job Sam - I love it!
Sam gets a turn holding baby Paige.
Time to go sledding!!!

Caden started out taking rides with Grandpa.
Soon he advanced to riding solo. We had a blast!

Atlanta Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon

My friend Heather and I ran in the Atlanta Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon. It was awesome! This is the finish line that Sam and Caden waited at for over an hour. They waited so patiently to see me cross, and then they turned around for one second and missed it when I finally did. Oh well... maybe next time. :)

Caden Birthday & Trunk or Treat

We all ate breakfast and then Caden opened presents!

Lucky boy got to eat Oreos for his breakfast dessert thanks to Grandma and Grandpa. :)

Opening presents is so fun at this age!

This little roller coaster (known as "coaster ride" around here) may have been the favorite present this year. We spent most of the day just playing with all his new toys.

The Cake

I really had a lot of fun making this one! Caden loved it! He called it his "Happy Cake" and even helped me bake the cakes for it.

Trunk or Treat

See those Nerds he's eating? We had to bribe him with those so he would let us put the costume on him. :)

Now that's the cutest little sock monkey dressed like a pumpkin that I've ever seen!

I'm not sure why this pic wants to be sideways. But he's admiring the painted pumpkin on his hand.

It was all about the suckers for him. He could've cared less about the other candy. I think by the time we made it around to all the cars he had gone through at least five suckers already. Ok, so perhaps that's how I bribed him to keep walking. He caught on pretty fast and would stop as soon as he finished a sucker. The little guy wouldn't budge until he got another. But all I can say is YAY for suckers! :)

The After Party

After the Trunk or Treat we convinced some friends to come over and eat birthday cake with us. Thank goodness they came because I think I made 3 and a half batches of cake for it! It was fun though and Caden enjoyed having friends over to play.
